Marketing Brand Manager - Fixed Term Contract

The Brand Manager role involves managing the delivery of a range of marketing communications projects and activities for both 123.ie & RSA Insurance Ireland.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of communications including Campaigns, Sponsorship Activation, Lifecycle Management including DM, CMS management for 123.ie & RSA updates, Go to Market plans and execution, B2B broker engagement and communications
You will manage external agencies, work with marketing and business colleagues, and coach marketing colleagues, to ensure effective delivery.123.ie and RSA is a fun place to work so if you feel you can roll up your sleeves and get some of the best experience of your career than this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
B2C (123.ie)
- ATL communications: Management of creative development for TV, Radio & Outdoor campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer experience.
- Agency management and experience with brand shoots. working with thrid party suppliers to lead campaigns for the brand. Manage creative agency relationship, from briefing through to execution
- Manage 123.ie’s sponsorship portfolio, including high-profile partnerships like Athletics Ireland, ensuring maximum brand exposure and engagement.
- Activate the sponsorship, both within the business and externally to ensure maximum exposure and deliverables are met, support team with brand ambassadors
- Product marketing support for inlife & new propositions and products.
- Lifecycle communications support: 123.ie have over 30 journeys for a variety of products. You will be required to manage brand consistency and tone of voice across all communications.
- Support direct reports on social media activation and brand communications.
- Support of 123.ie creative and implentmentation of brand assets.
- Brand Guardian, speaking up for the 123.ie brand
- CMS Updates for 123.ie as required (product pages, landing pages etc). Supporting direct reports on CMS updates.
- Support direct reports on rewards program and activation.
B2B (RSA Insurance Ireland)
- Website owner, support team and the wider business on CMS management and content updates for RSA website and supporting other teams on business upgrades and support.
- Broker Communications, collaborate with Engagement team on comms and broker support including newsletter and business updates.
- In depth knowledge of the RSA brand and providing guidance on branding to both
- Support Marketing Executive with broker communications and website updates and other sales support tasks.
- Work with Public Affairs team to support CRS campaigns to help communicate to a wider audience both internally and externally.
- Support business on social media updates on LinkedIn channel.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in integrated marketing roles
- Strong brand strategy and creative development skills
- Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
- Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience managing agencies across creative, media and production
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- A keen sense for great customer experience
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- A great team-player
