Learning & Development Manager (Open to internally applicants only)

We are looking for someone to lead our Learning and Development team across RSA and 123.ie for Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Learning and Development strategies across all three of our sites. This is an important role, which will ensure that our Learning and Development needs are identified and met through successful initiatives and strategic objectives.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Learning and Development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, curriculum, and learning platforms, to ensure we add value to the business and meet our customers’ needs
  • Lead RSA and 123.ie learning design and production process end-to-end (across all formats and modules including Online, ILT and Blended) ensuring effective and efficient learning solutions are created to meet learning needs.
  • Ensure an efficient and seamless interaction for learners across RSA & 123.ie
  • Analyse current data to drive innovation in learning formats and delivery modules, challenging the status quo and driving the efficacy of learning.
  • Managing external vendor relationships who can support our design philosophy and who partner with RSA & 123.ie to deliver effective and engaging solutions
  • Work closely with Senior leadership to develop effective development plans
  • Lead the ‘Strong Leadership Capabilities’ objective within the capability build squad.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years previous experience training or coaching individuals in customer-facing roles and designing training/coaching plans.
  • Self-motivated and an ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Experience managing others preferred.
  • A passion for Customer Experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytic and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team and to engage stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
