Exciting new role for a Temporary Claims Administrator to join our Belfast office.
This role involves providing a wide range of administrative and support services that help managers and staff carry out their work.
You will spend most of your time providing administrative support, collecting information, producing documents, managing filing and administrative systems, and supporting assigned staff.
These jobs are found all over RSA in every part of the business, providing administrative support of all kinds. You will work in a team environment, liaising with and meeting the needs of internal customers. You will have good business and operational administration skills and experience.

- New Claims Set up & administration
- Assigning post to handlers
- Assistance with Cheque Issue Process
- Sorting of Physical Post
- Closed Filing Management
- Assistance with file preparation for Audit / TFR/ Data Access Requests & other ad hoc requests
- All cheques sent out same day
- Closed Filing to be completed at least once per week
- Previous experience Administration is advantage
- Strong Organisational Skills & Computer Literate
